Jeg er uddannet yogalærer og coach,
og er under uddannelse til yogaterapeut.
I min undervisning er jeg dedikeret til at fremme velvære, skabe kontakt til
krop og sind samt en dyb følelse af nærvær.
Ved at integrere visdommen fra yoga- og meditationspraksis med moderne,
videnskabelige indsigter, skaber jeg et støttende rum, hvor deltagerne kan
genoprette forbindelsen til naturens rytme og dens flow gennem dem – og dermed
pleje en harmonisk balance mellem krop, åndedræt og sind.

Transition into your weekend with a revitalizing Friday Morning Flow Yoga class. This session focuses on gentle movements, breathwork, and hatha vinyasa (flow) sequences that bring forth energy, ease and clarity to your day. You'll engage in a balanced mix of strength-building, flexibility-enhancing, and restorative poses to release any morning tension or stiffness. Based on the group’s needs, we’ll close the class with deep rest or meditation, leaving you refreshed and centered. Accessible to all levels, this practice invites mindfulness and intention to ease you into the weekend ahead.
All necessary yoga equipment will be available, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
