Jeg er uddannet yogalærer og coach,
og er under uddannelse til yogaterapeut.
I min undervisning er jeg dedikeret til at fremme velvære, skabe kontakt til
krop og sind samt en dyb følelse af nærvær.
Ved at integrere visdommen fra yoga- og meditationspraksis med moderne,
videnskabelige indsigter, skaber jeg et støttende rum, hvor deltagerne kan
genoprette forbindelsen til naturens rytme og dens flow gennem dem – og dermed
pleje en harmonisk balance mellem krop, åndedræt og sind.
Bring balance to your midweek with Wednesday Yin Yang Yoga. This class blends the contrasting energies of Yin and Yang yoga – inviting you to explore both stillness and activity (stillness in activity and vice versa), with the ultimate goal of finding inner equilibrium.
Yin represents relaxation, stillness, and the cooling aspects, encouraging deeper tissue release and inner calm. Yang embodies movement, warmth, and the energizing qualities that foster resilience and strength. Playing with opposing forces, we re-connect to the center.
We will begin with gentle, tension-releasing movements to connect with the body, transition into an uplifting flow that strengthens, and conclude with restorative poses and deep rest. This evening practice is ideal for all levels and designed to help you reconnect with both Yin and Yang qualities, finding a sense of inner calm.
